Food, is any
substance consumed to
provide nutritional support for the body. It is usually of plant or animal origin,
and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals. The
substance is ingested by
an organism and
assimilated by the organism's cells in an effort to produce energy,
maintain life, or stimulate growth.and of course we need that for our
body.
If we not eat, we can’t get
the proteins, fats, vitamins, nutrieents etc. And when we shortage of it all we
can get malnutrition diseases.medist say: honger oedema.
Im not ging further about this one. Thats why food is
so impothant for us and our body. But sometimes kid or even parents doesnt like
veggie we can get lost of some minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates. But they
ignored it. And even dont care. And when child hard to eat veggie we can
decorate their food into a cute food so the child get intersted to eat it. And thats
all about the food.
